Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ascendyl Solutions Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it promptly and professionally.

1. Returns
1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
3. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Refunds
1. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming:

3. Approval or rejection of your refund request

If approved:
1. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
2. The amount will be credited to your original method of payment

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Recheck your bank or payment account
2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing times may vary)

4. Sale Items
1. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
2. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange for the same item:

2. Once approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days

6. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

Please include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Charges
1. A handling fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
2. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will also be deducted.

1. Cancellations are only possible before the order is packed or shipped
2. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled
